Where is my artwork stored?

In the current version, artwork and family details stay on your device. ArtSprig does not create an account or upload your archive.

Why does ArtSprig ask for camera access?

Camera access is used only when you choose to scan an artwork. You can also choose an existing image using the Photo Library button in the scanner.

Can I change a title or family profile after saving?

Yes. Open an artwork, choose the options button, then select Edit details. Family profiles can be managed in Settings.

How do I view details or save artwork to Photos?

Open an artwork from Library, then tap the image for a full-screen view. Pinch to zoom, or double-tap to zoom in and reset. Choose a saved finish and tap Save to Photos to export it at its saved resolution.

For multiple artworks, use Library > Select, choose the pieces or Select all, then tap Save to Photos. Each piece uses its originally chosen finish. Filtering removes hidden items from the selection.

ArtSprig requests permission only to add photos, not to read your other photos. If permission was denied, use Open Settings from the error message. Your archive stays unchanged; saving again creates another photo copy. Exported images do not include editable child profiles, tags, or notes.

How do I delete an artwork?

Open the artwork, choose the options button, then select Delete artwork. This removes the saved scan from ArtSprig. Copies you exported to Photos must be deleted separately in Photos.

How do I manage or cancel ArtSprig Plus?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Open your Apple Account subscription settings to change or cancel a plan. You can also use Restore Purchases from the ArtSprig Plus screen.
